As the Deputy Head of Mission (Foreign Policy and National Security) at the Embassy of Canada to the United States in Washington, D.C., Ms. Cohen serves as a member of the Embassy’s senior executive leadership team. She oversees programs dealing with foreign and defense policy, energy and environment, public safety, border security, immigration, intelligence liaison and law enforcement. A career diplomat, Cohen has represented the Canadian government throughout the Americas, including assignments in Washington, D.C., Bogota, Columbia, and Santiago, Chile.
