Timothy
Thomas, MD is a medical
epidemiologist working with
the Centers for Disease
Control (CDC) in Alaska. He
recently returned from CDC
Field Station, Kenya where
he was conducting HIV
research from 2001-2008. He
is a graduate of Indiana
University Medical School.
After completing a Family
Practice residency in West
Virginia and prior to
joining CDC, he did
voluntary medical work in
Somalia and Kenya and then
moved to Alaska where he
worked for the local Alaska
Native health care
corporations in Bethel and
Anchorage. |
