In a 33 year career with
Citicorp, Bill Taylor has
worked in five different
continents. He has held
senior management positions
in all three of the major
sectors of Citigroup:
Institutional Bank
(corporate), Individual Bank
(retail) and Investment Bank
(capital markets). He was
appointed an Executive
Director of Citibank
International in the UK from
1982 to 1994 and Vice
President for Citibank
Global Asset Management,
responsible for the Middle
East, Central, Eastern and
Southern Europe, Africa and
Brunei.
After retiring from
Citicorp, Bill joined the
Bankers Trust as Managing
Director. In 1995 he
established William Taylor
and Associates based in the
UK which specializes in
investment advisory,
financial consulting, and
merchant banking activities
primarily dedicated to
clients in the Middle East.
During his program with the
Alaska World Affairs
Council, Mr. Taylor will
give the audience the
