Lynn Giuliani
is a senior consultant and
coach at Carolyn Fine &
Associates (CFA) who
specializes in executive
education and coaching. She
is an expert in the area of
leadership and management,
generating championship
teams which consistently
produce breakthrough
results. She has coached
executives and leaders,
facilitated leadership and
management training, and
strategic planning sessions
for clients that have
produced new extraordinary
levels of performance in
customer service, sales and
profitability.
Lynn is currently leading
and coaching a six-month
leadership Program for
Fortune 500 companies,
designed for First Level
Leaders and above. In this
program people create new
possibilities around their
existing accountability,
project or team. With
unique, proprietary
distinctions, people develop
a strategy to successfully
deliver on their vision and
then learn the conversations
for engaging people in
committed action to
implement the vision and
strategy.
Lynn has spent over 20 years
as a successful corporate
executive and entrepreneur
before entering the field of
consulting and coaching
which gives her a unique
perspective on the
challenges of leaders in the
21st century. Her knowledge
of organizations, as well as
her transformational
approach, allows her to
facilitate coaching results
with velocity. The
industries where she has
worked include retail,
telecommunications, graphic
design, manufacturing,
hospitality, publishing,
technology and energy
industries, as well as
government agencies.
Ms. Giuliani has been a
speaker and lecturer for
numerous businesses and
professional associations as
well as a lecturer on global
organizational culture at
Columbia University and has
been featured on NPR's
American Women's Economic
Development Corporation Show
speaking on “Coaching as a
Management Style”.
Ms. Giuliani is a cum laude
graduate of Hunter College
and holds a Master's Degree
of Education from Bank
Street Graduate School of
Education in New York City.
She is a resident of
Connecticut, an avid
equestrian, skier and
marathon runner. |
