Pakistani newspapers

News. Based in Bangkok
as a journalist from 1993 to
1998, he covered almost
every country in Asia
between Pakistan and the
Philippines for publications
including The Globe and
Mail, the South China
Morning Post, the
Boston Globe and the
Observer News Service. He
has also written extensively
about Haiti and covered
Zimbabwe for Geographical
magazine.
